Our expectations to a successful job
Our aim is to have happy & satisfied repeat customers. Over the years we have amassed those. We feel the keys for this to occur are: –
1) That we will have open & honest communication together.
2) that you will ensure that you are satisfied with the quote that we provide to you as it is paramount to us that you are completely satisfied once the job is completed. If you are unsure of any aspect, please voice that upfront.
3) that you will pay 50% of the signed job value to commence the process and that enables us to order materials for your job.
4) that you will pay us in full for the job once completed.
On the rare occasion that there are outstanding issues of finishing or adjustment that you are querying, we respectfully expect you to honor the payment terms and time frames as we will address your query immediately also.
5) that if you like what we do we’d love a testimonial from you.
It is in most cases exciting seeing a new cold room, or external walling going up and being completed. Take lots of photos and enjoy the progress so that you can look back on what was.
