At Auscool, we work with many of the leading companies in different industries and help create specialised rooms that meet their requirements. Cool rooms are generally required in many different industries. They are primarily needed in super markets, restaurants, meat works shops, pharmaceutical companies, hospital storage rooms, research facilities, shopping centres, in IT buildings, and many others.
Obviously, different companies have different requirements regarding the type of room they require and the temperature that’s most feasible for them. That’s where we come in. Whether you want a conventional cold room or a walk in fridge, we can design it for you!
Our Business Model
We try to create rooms that are specifically tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Whether you are starting your own restaurant or need to install another cold storage area in a massive plant, we can do it for you. When you first contact us to commission a cold room, we don’t start work right away after simply agreeing to the budget.
Instead, we will first hold detailed discussions with our client to ensure that we understand exactly what they require. For instance, in pharmaceutical plants, chemicals and mixtures need to be stored at very low temperatures. As a result, a walk in fridge might be required that’s capable of going to a very low temperature. Obviously, this might not be a requirement in a shop that only sells meat. We have tried to maintain as much flexibility as possible so that we are able to offer a tailored service to our clients.
How the Process Works
We don’t just start designing cool rooms as soon as a client approaches us and discusses their requirements. Instead, we will first inspect the place where the room is to be located and determine the size and the equipment that might be required in the room. After careful assessments and feasibility studies have been made, we will then give you an estimated budget for the whole job.
We love our customers, and try to keep our prices as low as possible when designing coolrooms. We will also guide you through the whole process, and how the room will be constructed, so that you know about the nature of the work to be done and the estimated time for completion. This ensures transparency between the customers and the workers, and ultimately leads to a positive working experience over all.
